The website and programme are provided by MSD Technics Limited (company number 14655492), registered in England and Wales, which operates the Lord MSD brand. Build With MSD is the name of our practical digital-skills and ecommerce mentorship programme.
Using this website
You may use the site for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person’s information, or upload harmful code. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Applications and programme information
Submitting an application is an enquiry, not an offer, acceptance or promise that a place will be available. We review applications and may contact you to discuss fit and next steps. No paid programme contract is formed merely by completing the application form.
Before you decide to enrol or pay, we will provide the applicable written offer or order terms, including the specific services, price, payment schedule, start and access arrangements, and any cancellation or refund terms. Those terms will govern that purchase together with these website terms. Nothing here removes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Training, results and AI Coach
Build With MSD provides education, practical guidance and mentorship. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated financial advice. Business decisions involve risk and costs; outcomes vary with the person, market, resources and execution. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, sales, employment or any particular result.
If an AI Coach feature is available, its responses are generated suggestions and may be incomplete or wrong. Check important information before acting, do not rely on it for professional advice, and do not enter passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site, programme materials, branding, videos, text and graphics belong to MSD Technics Limited or its licensors. You may use programme materials for your own learning and business implementation. You must not copy, resell, publish, distribute or provide others access to paid materials without our written permission, except where the law allows it.
